  1. Been married for 41 years and am still loving the union… yes we do a lot together and yes we do a lot apart… but it is the discussions of our others interests that makes it all seem a mutual love of the others interest… make sense? Well it works for us and I’ve found that many times we need that apart time to do our own thing… I love my photography and bush walks… Linda doesn’t, but when I return she always shows huge interest in my captures and that leads to many a long discussion… and that works for us… Linda’s interest in helping others discuss their worries about cancer (she being a veteran of 3 different kinds and having had all the possible treatments) makes her happy and is probably why God made her a survivor, I enjoy her ramblings of the others problems and the encouragement she imparted to them (I could not do it) and that to me is what makes our marriage such a success….

I agree with you! I think it’s our differing interests as much as our similarities that draw us together and keep things interesting! It’s a joy to see your loved one shining in the areas where they have skill. Linda sounds like a remarkable woman! Thanks for coming by today!
